School is not only dry education but a place to meet friends for life, become intelligent individuals who question themselves and others, and especially to get to know who you are and what your potential is.On Monday and Tuesday (16th and 17th January 2012) we showed the 6th graders from the Charles Dickens and Quentin Blake primary schools around the Schiller. They were quite impressed by the size of our school, and especially by our classical school hall. We were able to show them a sample of some regular lessons and examples of drama and project work, how our lessons and the knowledge we gain come to life. They saw the final scene of Romeo and Juliet acted out live, physics experiments, an arts photography project and they were able to write their own mini short stories together with the 7th graders.
We really enjoyed showing the SESB 6th graders around and experiencing our school through their eyes, the way we did when we first arrived five years ago. We hope to see your faces again next year!
